Spicy Kale Chips Recipe from jenny at dapperhouse - Frugal, fast, fresh and FUN !


  • 1 Bunch Kale

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe for frugal fast fun and fantastic tasting spicy Kale Chips - jennyatdapperhouse


  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner or paper towels. Drizzle kale with olive oil.

  3. Mix the seasoning salt and cayenne pepper together and  sprinkle over kale.

  4. Bake until the edges of the kale brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
