I created a recipe that I am SUPER proud of because it is very healthy but also satisfies cravings for sweets. It is packed with protein, Omega 3’s, Fiber and more. It is simple to make and takes no time at all. I really hope you give this recipe a try because it will be a new family favorite that you can be happy to serve as a treat!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup dates
- 4 T protein powder
- 2 T chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
How to Make:
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until a stiff dough is formed.
Shape into balls.
Enjoy!
