13 Mexican Food Cinco de Mayo Recipes
I love Cinco de Mayo and most miss living in Arizona to celebrate with authentic Mexican food, ice cold beers and the warm desert sun. We always sat outside on a beautiful patio feasting and drinking to celebrate May 5th! Here is Illinois it is a bit cooler and not celebrated as much as in Arizona, but I still like to put together some amazing food and throw back a Mexican beer. Here are 13 delicious Mexican dishes that you can make to celebrate Cinco de Mayo or any day!

I live in an area of SoCal with a high Hispanic population, in fact, I’m a minority. We have the best Mexican food and authentic cuisine AND access to fresh avocados. I am always looking to experiment with these dishes in my own kitchen, thanks.
