Purple Paper Pug Craft
Supplies:
- Piece of purple construction paper
- Piece of white construction paper
- Scissors
- Black Marker
- Glue Gun
Instructions:
Step 1. Cut a rectangle 8 ½ x 2 ½.
Step 2. Cut a rectangle 5 ½ x 2.
Step 3. Cut two triangles that are about 2 inches across the bottom and 1 inch high.
Step 4. Take the second rectangle and fold it in half, then cut a “U” shape out of the center of each side. (see photo)
Step 5. Draw a simple pug face a little lower than center of the first rectangle with black marker.
Step 6: Outline the ears in black marker.
Step 7: Use the glue gun to secure the head into a circle.
Step 8. Fold the legs so that there is a flat space in the center to glue on the head. (see photo)
Step 9. Use the glue gun to attach the head to the body.
Step 10. Cut a white piece of paper in an oval approximately 7” x 4 ½ “.
Step 11. Glue the pug’s front feet to the “dog bed”.
