Easy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Recipe
We loooove buffalo sauce in our house. We always have a few different brands to use from dipping celery or french fries to dressing up a sandwich or meatloaf. This recipe is super easy and really good. You can cook your own chicken breasts to use in this recipe or you can get a rotisserie chicken and shred that instead. I make a bunch of this and put it in the fridge for kids who are coming and going from school and sports so that they always have a protein packed meal on hand. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded/pulled chicken
- 1/3 cup of your fav buffalo sauce
- ½ cup shredded jack cheese
- 1/3 cup diced fresh celery
- 1 french roll
Instructions:
Step 1. In a medium sized mixing bowl add the shredded chicken.
Step 2. Add the buffalo sauce.
Step 3. Add the shredded cheese.
Step 4. Add the celery.
Step 5. Mix well.
Step 6. Scoop onto the french rolls.
