My younger sister has an artistic flair and an eye for everything “cool”. She owns a very trendy hair salon in Arizona called Honeycomb Organic Hair Studio . She is in a band (or two) where she plays many instruments and sings. She loves to dress in vintage dresses but is always ahead of the game when it comes to style. My sister sent me these great pictures that she took when decorating for a new “feel” in her home. She collects green, vintage glass and decided that instead of keeping it up on a shelf for display, she would use the pieces as planters and bring them down around her home! I love incorporating the vintage collection and the living succulent plants. Her new DIY decorating look turned out to be Amazing.
Her new hair color just happens matches her Salon.
She loves the Arizona Desert Colors.
She used the smaller pieces as the centerpiece of the table!
Displayed on the vintage dresser!
Very Cool!
I have a (small) collection of milk glass that I could try this look with…
or maybe tea cups and saucers?
What do you think?

Those greens in the vintage glasses are so darling!
Hobbies on a Budget
Love seeing people think outside the box (or traditional use of glasses in this case lol)! This is a great idea! I’m thinking teacups would be really classy.

I used to go antiquing with my father and get all kinds of neat things like that. I have not gone since he passed. This makes me realize how much I miss him and antiquing.
