Since we had the snow storm here in the Midwest on Tuesday March 5th 2013, the weather has been in the high 30’s, sunny and gorgeous! We had a good 8 inches of snowfall with drifts much higher! It is so fun to see the kids out playing; making snowmen and forts and soaking up the sun. My son was so eager for the nice weather that I would catch him laying in the snow face up to the warm sun soaking up his much needed doses of Vitamin D. Here is the beautiful view from my upstairs windows where it looks as though the world was dipped in frosting and dusted with powdered sugar. (Yes, as the reference implies, I have a sweet tooth.) What a beautiful winter for the children! They really do love the snow.
