All you have to remember if you are trying to lose a little weight is this; calorie deficit will always result in weight loss. When it comes to changing your diet, that’s also quite simple. Minimize heavy fats and sugars and replace your liquid intake with water.
While it may sound like nonsense, it is the most efficient and scientifically proven way to lose weight healthily. We should mention, weight loss should also be done healthily, you should aim to lose no more than 1-2 lbs per week. Losing weight too fast puts a strain on your heart and can be dangerous.
