Then went through a technological scan for a thorough analysis of my feet. I found what insole would be best for my pressure points and arches. The Fit Specialist talked to me about what I will be doing when I wear my shoes. When I told him that I mainly lifted and did cross-fit I was told that I should go with a shoe with a lower heel since this type of exercise (like squats and lunges) requires that I shift my body weight into my heels. I also had the results sent to my email to go over them again later.
