Many of you liked the Avocado Ice Cream Recipe I posted, 
so I asked my friend at Blog with Mom if I could post her 
special occasion recipe for

6 Eggs (well beaten)
2 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
2 -14 oz. Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
A quick Dash of Salt
1/2 Gallon Whole Milk (heat on stove until warm)
3 T Flour (mix with sugar)
2 Tsp Vanilla
6 Mashed, Ripe Bananas

“Mix all ingredients together well then add to the milk.  
Pour everything into the ice cream can to the fill line.  
Some ice cream machines suggest leaving 1 1/2 inches from the top.
Do your magic with an electric or hand cranked ice cream machine


and love the result of your efforts!
