Hello dapper friends! I went to two different doctors after my feelings of fatigue were too much to bear. I had a full physical with blood work and aside from high cholesterol, I am in great health. I get enough sleep. I eat a healthy, protein filled, vegetarian diet with lots of spinach for iron. I couldn’t understand it. I went to a different doctor to discuss the issue and again there is no real reason for my fatigue. I definitely need to exercise and that will give me a lot of natural energy, but work is 9 hours a day with an hour and 15 minute commute (total there and back) Then I have my family to take care of, my home chores, my children’s busy schedules and my blog commitments that have fallen to the wayside since I took this demanding job a month and a half ago. The extreme fatigue has been going on for many months (not job related). So I contacted a company that makes liquid vitamin supplements that promote natural energy thinking that if I can add them to my water and ingest them over the afternoon time when I am most tired I may have a solution. The Natural Vitality Company was gracious enough to send me their Energy 28 Whole Food Energizer 30 oz Bottle. They assured me that this was a tried and true energy booster. They challenged me to try it out for free and write an honest review of my findings. I agreed with excitement, hope and gratitude.

It tastes really good, like citrus, berries and vitamins. For the past 3 weeks I have added it to a 32 ounce water bottle with a splash of cranberry juice. I begin drinking it at about noon and continue to sip it through out the early afternoon until about three thirty. After four days I noticed a significant improvement that included losing both the perpetual yawning, and the strong desire to lay down and sleep. I am totally sold on this, noticing too that I am experiencing a reduction in headaches and stamina that lasts through 7 pm. I am already nearing the end of my bottle and have pre-ordered my next one. I absolutely recommend this for overall health as well as for energy that is based on Whole Food Not Caffeine for an even, normal, lively feeling of being on top of my day.

They have the liquid vitamins for children too!!!!
I have a friend who gets headaches when taking any type of vitamins and another who get feelings of nausea. I would love for them to try taking these liquid vitamins in water/juice mixture over time and see if this helps them assimilate them in a healthy way without the side effects! I hope that you try it too so that you can get the nutrition you need with energy as a FAB side effect! Like them on facebook for giveaways, recipes, green living tips and more.

I am currently suffering from fatigue, headaches and that “perpetual yawning” you discuss, I understand your desire to get it to go away. I’m glad for you that you found something that helped you!! I may have to try it myself… part of my issue is depression, I know that, but perhaps it’s not ALL because of that!
Thanks for a great, informative review!

I have not tried liquid vitamins. Honestly, I don’t think they were even on my radar. I like the thought of adding them to water though.

I have taken vitamins for years but have never tried them in liquid form. If it tastes okay I would have no problem with making the switch. Another benefit for me would be I would increase my fluid intake which I am always struggling to do.
