The Free Printable Meal Planner also includes Grocery Lists and Recipe cards

It takes many people several tries to start and stop a goal until it finally sticks. Quitting smoking, saving money, exercising, and eating healthy are big ones that take a lot of practice and even more determination. When starting a new goal, you need a clear goal. Let’s say, ” I will eat healthy meals 6 days out of the week for 14 days.” (That gives you one cheat day to look forward to each week.) Substitute your own number of days per week and length of time.

Then, make a list of things you need to change to meet your goals. Things like:

  • I will pack and donate the foods that are not healthy and will hijack my meal plan.
  • I will do research and find the healthiest alternatives at fast food restaurants just in case.
  • I will make a long list of healthy foods I love.
  • I will collect meals and recipes for my new healthy eating plan.

Finally, download the meal planning sheets below and print them out ( or have them printed) so you can write down your meal plans! Writing down goals greatly increases the chances of achieving them, and planning catapults them. Following these instructions will set you up for success. Using the meal planner keeps you prepared and reduces frustration. You are going to do great at eating healthy and reach your goal!

I love this saying by self-help author Catherine Pulsifer. “Goals are like a map. They help us determine where we want to end up, and give us personal direction on which to focus our energy.”

Make sure you have your Healthy Meal Planner pages to use as your map!
