There are so many genres of music that are incredible for working out. I listen from everything from gangster rap to classical music and all kinds of music in between. My personal trainer at cross fit often had country music on which I did find a bit difficult to get pumped up to, but he also had some 80’s rock and Eminem that was motivating. It is when the trainers in the gym would bust out in song together that I would break my focus and laugh at how much fun they were having in between yelling at us to work harder. I do believe that music is a huge motivator that can get you going and push you past your limits. Sometimes you just need to find something new to listen to and you can get  fresh new attitude at the gym or at home. Here are 10 songs that I love to work out to and I hope they inspire you too!
